My name is Myles and I am the lead coach and founder of Insytera Coaching. Our mission is to provide personalized coaching that empowers ambitious millennials to act with conviction and achieve success through collaborative self-discovery.
For nearly a decade, my psychological blocks prevented me from living in alignment. I spent thousands of hours immobilized by analysis paralysis, spending excessive amounts of time overthinking, over analyzing, questioning my decisions, and ”optimizing” the plan without actually executing. I tried every solution available— books, podcasts, videos, meditation, journaling, courses – you name it, I tried it. Although these things were helpful, it wasn’t until I experienced Mindset Coaching that I was able to identify and overcome my limiting beliefs, start realizing my potential, and finally live in harmony.
With the guidance of a great coach, I uncovered and overcame deep-seated beliefs that had kept me stuck. For over five years, I poured my energy, finances, and emotions into a career that didn’t truly align with my mission. Why? Without realizing it, I had tied my self-worth as a man to my ability to provide through that job, leading to frustration and stubbornness. Only after confronting this belief did I finally give myself permission to pursue a path that resonated with every part of my being—coaching. From that moment on, I quieted the noise in my mind, became fully present, and took decisive action toward my true vision.
